This course ensures ERAC responders can effectively plan and respond to an active incident based on the information gathered in the preceding two stages: Identify and Assess. The learner will then determine response objectives, discuss incident severity, explain the process and advantages of defensive operations and explain the process and advantages of offensive operations.
